In the September 1, I went to the middle of a farm field, in Alentejo, Portugal, 200km from Lisbon, to record the motion of the stars. To do that, I registered with my Canon 400D, 68 images, each one of 30 seconds exposure with an aperture between F-3.5 F-5, ISO 400 with a 18mm lens.Later,I combined them all manually, in Photoshop CS3 to produce a single image with the path of each star.The photographs are a total exposure time of 34 minutes, having started at 5:16 AM and ended at 5:59 AM.
Briefly, what I highlight in the image is the Orion constellation in particular, several stars like Sirius, Betelgeuse and Rigel, and even the Orion Nebula M42, as well as the planets Mars and Venus.
