LCROSS and asteroid (3731) Hancock rendez-vous (animated GIF)
After some study of the LCROSS position I found a date where a rendez-vous with an asteroid would happen (I like rendez-vous a lot). And I captured the moment for the posterity!
11 x 90s with a Takahashi FS102NSV + QSI 532WS-M1 + Baader Clear filter
That's amazing work. Nice observations. It takes time and dedication (and one heck of a setup) to pull it off. Nicely done.
