February 01 2010 Thor's Helmet

NGC2359 aka Thor's Helmet is a emission nebula in Canis Major with a WR central star. Captured remotely at GRAS 09 in Australia a very easy to operate and reliable remote astronomical observatory. Ha and OIII 20 min subs, dark subtracted. Processed as a RGB image with a sG layer.
