Is Alnitak near upper left of picture or a bit to the left of horse head? Which direction is North??

thanks AK666666!
Alnitak is the big star near the center of the image, between horse head and the flame nebula. The other big star, in the upper corner, is Alnilam, the central star of the belt of Orion.
In the pic, the north is on the left.
Stefano.
